Submission – Community Award for Citizenship

Introduction
Education is not only about learning skills in classrooms; it is also about shaping societies, strengthening families, and creating sustainable opportunities for future generations. With this vision, I designed and implemented the Red Palace (Kakh Sorkh) ecosystem — an innovative educational model that links academic growth with community development, family empowerment, and economic participation
Background and Objectives
The Red Palace and its complementary programs (Parent Palace, Child Growth Palace, First Class, and Business Class) were built around the real needs of society. The objectives are:
To enhance UNESCO’s seven core literacies (financial, media, social, emotional, educational, computer, and artificial intelligence).
To empower young people to identify their talents, create jobs, and contribute to society.
To establish a bridge between education, family culture, and economic growth.
Initiatives and Actions
Employment and the 100-Member Support Team
One of the greatest community impacts of the Red Palace has been the creation of a 100-person support team working online and by phone
This has not only provided stable jobs in areas such as technology, sales, guidance, and education, but also ensured constant support for students and families.
More Than 10,000 Active Students
The Red Palace currently serves over 10,000 learners.
Each student develops not only academic and life skills but also learns social responsibility, teamwork, and entrepreneurship, bringing positive change into their communities.
Parent Palace: Empowering Families
I created summaries of 100 bestselling parenting books, recorded as 20-minute videos and podcasts.
Parents can access a century of parenting knowledge in just 100 days, directly improving family culture and relationships.
Child Growth Palace: Free Services for Families
A free application designed with contributions from 14 specialists (covering pediatrics, psychology, nutrition, dentistry, genetics, speech therapy, and more).
It answers 1,400 of the most common questions parents have, from pregnancy to a child’s 6th year.
This free initiative has saved thousands of families from costly consultations.
Economic Empowerment Through First Class & Business Class
In the First Class program, students are introduced to more than 4,500 career paths, discover their talents, and begin their first business.
In Business Class, they master managerial and organizational skills and learn to scale their ventures
More than 100 graduates have already launched their own successful businesses.
Partnerships With Businesses and Community Institutions
My personal experience founding clinics, factories, and companies has ensured that educational content is tied directly to real-world needs.
These partnerships have helped create applied and practical training that prepares students for immediate impact in their communities.
How This Differs From Standard Practice
While many educational systems stop at theory, the Red Palace integrates education with real-world economics, families, and communities.
Initiatives like Parent Palace and Child Growth Palace demonstrate that education can benefit entire families, not just students.
AI-powered multilingual dubbing makes the content accessible globally, ensuring inclusivity and cultural reach.
Impact and Achievements
Over 10,000 students reached with transformative education.
More than 100 students have launched businesses after completing the First Class and Business Class programs.
- Direct employment of 100 young professionals in the support team.
- Thousands of families provided with free childcare and parenting support through Child Growth Palace.
A measurable cultural shift toward sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility in local communities
Conclusion
The Red Palace is not only an educational program but a community movement. By empowering families, supporting parents, creating economic opportunities, and serving more than 10,000 learners, it has brought significant social, cultural, and economic value. It has demonstrated real citizenship in action, making it a strong candidate for the Community Award for Citizenship
