Khoshnazar Growth System
Start As A Student
Submission – Early Years Resource/Equipment Supplier of the Year
Brand: Erfan Khoshnazar
Introduction
For more than 13 years, I, Erfan Khoshnazar, have been designing educational systems that bridge the gap between traditional learning and modern innovation. While many of my programmes target children aged 7 and above, my CSR-based initiative “Child Growth Palace” was created specifically to support the most critical stage of development: from pre-pregnancy to the age of six
This free and accessible mobile application is a pioneering solution that directly addresses the needs of parents, nurseries, early years teachers, and caregivers, providing high-quality, safe, and practical educational resources for early years development
Meeting the Needs of Early Years Education
The early years are crucial for cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. Yet, parents and early years educators often struggle to find reliable, affordable, and age-appropriate guidance. Child Growth Palace was created to fill this gap
The app provides answers to over 1,400 frequently asked parental questions, covering topics from prenatal care to a child’s sixth birthday.
Each answer is delivered in short, specialist-led videos, tailored to the child’s age and developmental stage.
The platform categorises all content by both age group and specialist domain, enabling teachers and caregivers to easily use it as a complementary resource in nurseries and classrooms.
During and after the pandemic, when direct access to schools and health experts was limited, this app provided reliable, safe, and immediate support for families and educators
Outstanding Standards of Service and Care
The Child Growth Palace is not just an app; it is a comprehensive support ecosystem
Developed in collaboration with 14 professional specialists (child psychologist, speech therapist, orthopedist, nutritionist, pediatrician, gynecologist, family counselor, dentist, dermatologist, and others).
Completely free of charge, ensuring equity and accessibility for all families, regardless of socio-economic status.
Backed by a 100-person support team who are available online and by phone to assist families with technical and practical questions
This level of accessibility and care sets a new standard for early years education services in the region
Case Studies and Impact
Testimonials and usage data show the wide impact of the Child Growth Palace
Thousands of parents report greater confidence in decision-making, healthier family dynamics, and better preparation for early schooling.
Teachers in early years institutions use the app’s resources to complement classroom activities, particularly in areas such as nutrition, speech development, hygiene, and emotional well-being.
One case study documented parents of children with speech delays who benefited from the speech therapy guidance videos—leading to measurable improvements in classroom participation.
Families in rural and underserved areas, who previously lacked access to professional specialists, have been able to benefit from the same quality of knowledge as families in major cities
Unique Features and Benefits
What sets Child Growth Palace apart from other resources in the market is
Multidisciplinary expertise in one platform: 14 specialists addressing 14 domains of child development.
Video-based, age-specific categorisation → tailored guidance instead of generic information
Free and CSR-driven → no financial barrier to access.
Scalable and tech-enabled → available via mobile app, and designed to expand globally through partnerships.
Dual benefit → supports both parents at home and teachers in early years institutions
Marketing and Future Plans
The programme has already been publicly promoted through social media campaigns on Instagram and via the official website erfankhoshnazar.com. Future marketing will emphasise international accessibility as the app is expanded in Dubai and globally.
The long-term plan is to develop multilingual versions, integrate AI-based personalised recommendations, and collaborate with nurseries and ministries of education to embed Child Growth Palace into early years curricula across regions
Conclusion
The Child Growth Palace represents a transformative step forward in early years education: a free, specialist-driven, and widely accessible resource that supports parents, teachers, and caregivers alike. By combining technology, expert knowledge, and a CSR-driven vision, it ensures that every child—regardless of location or background—receives the best possible start in life. This initiative exemplifies innovation, inclusivity, and impact, making it an outstanding candidate for Early Years Resource/Equipment Supplier of the Year
