Submission – SEN and Inclusive Resource/Equipment Supplier of the Year

Brand: Erfan Khoshnazar

Introduction
Inclusive education is one of the greatest challenges facing schools and families today. Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) often face barriers in accessing quality learning resources. My vision has always been to build an educational ecosystem where every child, regardless of ability or background, has equal opportunities. From the Child Growth Palace to the Red Palace (Kakh Sorkh) and accessible PWA versions, all of my programmes are designed to promote inclusion, equity, and integration for SEN students and their families

Meeting the Needs of SEN Students

Child Growth Palace (ages 0–6): This free app answers over 1,400 parental questions through short, easy-to-understand video responses recorded by 14 professional specialists (psychologists, speech therapists, nutritionists, orthopedists, gynecologists, dentists, dermatologists, family counselors, etc.). Many of these responses directly support children with developmental delays, speech issues, or other SEN challenges. For families who cannot regularly access in-person specialists, the app serves as a lifeline

Red Palace (ages 7+): Using VR and metaverse environments, Red Palace creates immersive scenarios where students can learn social, financial, and academic skills in safe, interactive settings. SEN students—especially those with attention or anxiety challenges—benefit from the engaging, game-based design.

PWA (Progressive Web App) Access: By providing lightweight, device-independent access, students from low-income families or remote areas—including those with SEN—can benefit equally without requiring advanced hardware

Outstanding Service and Support

A 100-member support team offers continuous online and telephone assistance to families, teachers, and students. This human-centered service ensures that parents of SEN students never feel isolated and always have expert guidance.

Learning is designed to be multisensory (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, gamified) so that children with different learning styles and needs can fully participate

Accessibility principles are embedded into content design to ensure that children with speech delays, learning disabilities, or motor challenges are not excluded

Impact and Case Studies

Parents of children with speech delays reported measurable improvements after using speech therapy videos from the Child Growth Palace app

Students with social anxiety have successfully practiced communication and teamwork in safe metaverse environments, gaining confidence before applying skills in real life

Families in underserved areas have been able to access the same quality of education as families in urban centers, thanks to the PWA and free access model

Teachers in inclusive classrooms use the resources to adapt lessons and provide differentiated support for SEN learners

Unique Features and Benefits

True inclusivity: Resources are designed for all children—SEN and non-SEN—without separation or discrimination

Technology + Human Support: Immersive VR and gamification for engagement, combined with 100 human mentors for personal support

Free or low-cost access: The Child Growth Palace app is entirely free, and PWA versions of other programmes remove financial barriers

Multimodal learning: Visual, auditory, practical, and gamified approaches meet diverse SEN learning styles

Proven outcomes: Documented case studies and parent feedback show real progress for SEN students

Conclusion
The educational ecosystem I have built demonstrates a commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessibility. By integrating VR, metaverse learning, free mobile applications, PWA technology, and large-scale human support, I have created programmes where SEN students can learn alongside their peers in meaningful, engaging, and supportive ways. For this reason, I believe my initiatives are a strong candidate for SEN and Inclusive Resource/Equipment Supplier of the Year
